Challenge 

One of Pennsylvania’s largest and most diverse public school districts needed to modernize how technology supported teaching and learning across more than fifty schools. With over 20,000 students and thousands of staff relying on classroom devices daily, the district faced growing pressure to simplify device management, improve help desk responsiveness, and reduce operational strain on a lean IT team—especially during critical backtoschool periods.

Solution 
All Lines Technology partnered with the district to deliver a full-scale modernization of its device and support ecosystem. Leveraging Microsoft Intune for all client devices and ClearTouch Smart Boards, All Lines streamlined the entire deployment lifecycle—from staging and configuration to delivery—through a dedicated warehouse and logistics center. Devices arrived fully prepared and on schedule, ensuring classrooms were ready on day one without overburdening district staff. 

To further reduce operational overhead, All Lines managed packaging disposal, coordinated summer distribution schedules, and maintained ready-to-deploy inventory. This dependable deployment model significantly reduced asset loss and created smoother transitions at the start of each school year.
