A growing municipality needed to strengthen its cybersecurity posture, improve visibility into its Microsoft 365 environment, and ensure security configurations aligned with industry best practices. With limited internal IT resources supporting a hybrid infrastructure that included on-premises systems, cloud services, and municipal network assets, the organization needed expert guidance to identify security gaps, reduce risk, and build a roadmap for future modernization.
SOLUTION
All Lines Technology conducted a comprehensive Microsoft 365 Security Assessment built on Microsoft Zero Trust principles. The engagement included a detailed review of identity, application, endpoint, and data security controls, along with evaluations of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Intune management, authentication methods, data protection settings, and Microsoft Teams governance.
